This is not About Installation but to ensure the correct Data is transmitted

  1. Enter Pavis Login Credentials

The Login Credentials are based on the Patricia Name Type "Correspondence Address". So for every Case the Login Credentials (Pavis Customer ID and Password) are drawn from the Name Record that is stored as the first Correnspondence Address on the Case.

In order to set them,

• navigate in Patricia to the correct Name Record
• open up "Extended Information"
• click on "add" to get this screen:
  
• Enter the Data and click on "Save"

2. Enter the necessary data on your Case

please ensure that all Diary fields and Name records are filled in accordance to the data that Pavis requires.

3. Name mapping

In order for the correct Names and References to these names are picked up, please make sure that the following name type types from Patricia match with the pavis tags:
