This is not About Installation but to ensure the correct Data is transmitted

  1. Enter Pavis Login Credentials

The Login Credentials are based on the Patricia Name Type "Correspondence Address". So for every Case the Login Credentials (Pavis Customer ID and Password) are drawn from the Name Record that is stored as the first Correnspondence Address on the Case.

In order to set them,

• navigate in Patricia to the correct Name Record
• open up "Extended Information"
• click on "add" to get this screen:

• Enter the Data and click on "Save"

Enter the necessary data on your Case

please ensure that all Diary fields and Name records are filled in accordance to the data that Pavis requires

Erstellen einer Vorlage:

1. Klicken Sie in der Randleiste auf "Bereichstools", wählen Sie "Inhaltstools" aus und erstellen Sie eine neue Vorlage.
2. Klicken Sie auf "Seitenlayout" und fügen Sie Bereiche und Spalten zu Ihrer Seite hinzu.
3. Fügen Sie Überschriften und Unterüberschriften nach Bedarf hinzu.
4. Wählen Sie "Anweisungstext" aus dem Menü "Vorlage" aus und fügen Sie Text hinzu, der nur im Editor angezeigt wird.
5. Speichern Sie Ihre Vorlage.

Ihre Vorlage wird im Dialog Erstellen für diesen Bereich verfügbar gemacht.
