Improvement

The main focus of Doc Integrate 3.0.2 is to keep the Doc Integrate functionality and adjusting it to more up to date technologies and software.
This resultet in a complely new build compared to Doc Integrate 2, while at the same time focussing on keeping the aspects of Doc Integrate 2.

This includes:

• switch to python 3
• improvement of document lock detection algorithm
• app notifications switched to native OS notifications

Notice:

There are two installations for Windows. One is for terminal servers. This installation writes the registry keys to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. While on the other hand, the second installation is for single user/single machine installations. Hereby it writes to the currently active user.
