Plain PDF files from documents (no letterhead no signature)
Select the document from the document list to be created as a pdf file (doc, docx, rtf, odt).
Click on the 'CREATE PDF' button at the bottom of the preview screen.
A Document Options box will appear.
The selections available are to keep the default file name or to input a new name.
The document category can also be also be selected/changed here.
Once this has been completed, click OK.
The PDF file is then created without letterhead and signature, and is placed at the top of the document list.
**Plain PDF files can also be created by using the 'Create PDF' option on the right-click menu
Signed PDF files from documents (with letterhead and signature)
Select the document from the document list to be created as a pdf file (doc, docx, rtf, odt).
Click on the 'SIGN PDF button at the bottom of the preview screen.
A menu will appear containing letterhead options for selection
Once an option is selected A Document Options box will appear.
The selections available are to keep the default file name or to input a new name.
The document category can also be also be selected/changed here.
Once this has been completed, click OK.
The PDF file is then created with letterhead and signature, and is placed at the top of the document list.
Delete a generated PDF file
To delete a PDF file, select the document from the documents list.
Click on the delete button at the bottom of the preview screen.
A dialogue box will appear asking for confirmation to delete the file.
Click PROCEED.
Once deleted a note will appear in the top right hand corner stating that the document has been deleted successfully.
**A document can also be deleted using the 'Delete Document' option on the right-click menu
